How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 13–18 business days after shipment. Express shipping takes 6–9 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $49. Orders below $49 are charged a standard shipping fee of $6.99. Express shipping is available for $40.00.

Can I return my order?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. For help, contact halulushop2020@outlook.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order at halulu.shop/apps/17TRACK.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and products. Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to available countries and regions worldwide. We are temporarily unable to ship to California, Florida, and Illinois (U.S.), as well as Hong Kong. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
